1. What this service is
Shit Test School (the "Service") is a tool for practicing social communication skills through simulated conversations with artificial intelligence. It is skills training and entertainment. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological or any other professional service, and it does not guarantee any result in your personal life. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or, in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you can form a binding contract. We may suspend or close accounts that don't meet this requirement.
3. You are talking to an AI
Every character in the simulator, the coach and the analyzer is generated by artificial intelligence. You are never talking to a real person, and the characters are not sentient and cannot form a relationship with you. AI output can be inaccurate, inappropriate or wrong; use your own judgment. The Service is designed to train confidence and calibration, not to teach manipulation, deception, pressure or abusive behavior toward anyone.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate sexually explicit content, content involving minors, or tactics for coercion, harassment, stalking or harming other people; not to upload other people's private conversations or personal data without a lawful basis; not to attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the Service; and not to use it in violation of any law. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscription, free trial and automatic renewal
The Training plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month at the price shown at checkout (currently $8.99 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes) until you cancel. If your plan starts with a free trial, you will be charged the monthly price when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time, online, from Your account → Manage subscription; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We will tell you in advance, as required by law, if the price changes. The 7-day pass, when offered, is a one-time payment that does not renew. Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, and are subject to its terms.
6. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don't provide refunds or credits for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a limited license to store and process it only to provide and improve the Service, including sending it to our AI providers to generate replies and analyses. See the Privacy policy for details.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for decisions you make or outcomes in your personal life based on the training. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Your account. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service; if we discontinue a paid plan, we will cancel future renewals.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the new terms.
